Hello everyone! Mattie writing today.I wanted to share a little about something I’ve been doing recently. For the past few months, I have been trying hard to turn two things I want to do into habits. The first is writing. While it may seem strange because I write on this blog, writing has never really been my thing. Sometimes I enjoy it, other times it seems like pulling teeth would be easier than trying to put my thoughts on a page. Things I’ve Been Enjoying Lately
Hello, everyone! It’s Amelia writing today. For this post I just thought I’d share a few things I’ve been enjoying recently. I really like when others do this type of post because it really helps me to reflect on the things I’ve enjoyed and to think more about counting my own blessings. My Favorite Books this Year
Hello everyone! It’s Mattie. This week, I just wanted to share a few books that I’ve really enjoyed this year. The Sherwood Ring by Elizabeth Marie Pope ⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Newly orphaned Peggy Grahame is caught off-guard when she first arrives at her family’s ancestral estate. The house is full of mysteries and ghosts. Soon Peggy becomes involved with the spirits of her own Colonial ancestors and witnesses the unfolding of a centuries-old romance against a backdrop of spies and intrigue and of battles plotted and foiled.” This book was written in 1958 and has an almost dual timeline between then and Colonial New York.
