Amelia’s Journal Spreads
Hello Everyone!
This is Amelia. I just thought I would share a few of the journal spreads I’ve made over the last few months! I’m still experimenting a lot with what works best for me, so a lot of these pages are not quite how I want them to be or what I will go for in the future. I’m very excited to start working on May spreads! Here are the pictures…
I really did’t know what I was doing when I started journaling at the beginning of the year (like I know what I’m doing now 😂), so I missed out on a lot of things I wish I had added in the start of 2020, but here’s a bucket list as well as a few “books to read”! (though I have a lot more to add and a few to mark off on this list!)
Here’s the first page I made for February!
I’ll now show some of my April pages because I actually had more ideas and a better layout for April compared to the other months so far…
Because I’m new to journaling, I did copy this from a picture, but hopefully in the near future I’ll be able to come up with my own ideas! Here’s the link for the picture I used for reference.
The calendar definitely didn’t turn out how I wanted, but I’ll try to work a little harder for May! Reference
Here’s where I’ll fill out all the books I read this month once April is officially over!
And here’s the playlist for this month. I’m still working on how to make this one how I want it! Here’s the picture I referenced.
Here’s how I tracked food, water, and exercise for April! I’m not sure how I want to do this for May, but this way seemed to work pretty well!
And lastly, here’s my daily spread! I definitely was not able to achieve doing this every day of the month, so I’ll see what I decide for the months to come!
Thank you for reading this post! I have A LOT to learn and I can’t wait to see improvement in the future.
Bye for now!
