- Avoid double shipping charges when ordering from multiple events by changing shipping charges to $0 for your second and subsequent orders placed on the same day.
- Images on this site are viewed un-cropped. Some photos will be cropped differently than displayed to produce better (larger) images. Sometimes pictures are cropped from "landscape" to "portrait" orientation. If you would like special or no cropping, please tell us in "comments" for each photo or at the end of the online ordering process.
- Important: Aspect ratio for proofs is 4x6. If 4x5 or 8x10 images are ordered, one inch of the 4x6 size proof will be cut off. We will crop to produce the best possible image using the specified print size.
- Public events do not require a password.
- We will gladly remove any photos from public events that include you or your child. Please send us the image numbers (example: 80123)
- Private events are password protected. Please call or email if you have forgotten your password.
- Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal accepted. If you prefer not to enter credit card information online, please choose the "email your order" option and call in your credit card number or mail payment to our address found on the contact information page.
